To help you build confidence in caring for your bonsai, Crafted Identity is pleased to offer our Complimentary Bonsai “Prune & Shape” Aftercare Workshop exclusively for customers who have recently purchased a bonsai from us.
Usual Workshop Fee: $50 per participant
Complimentary for customers who purchased their bonsai within the last 3 months.
🌿 What You’ll Learn
During this interactive 1-hour workshop, our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of bonsai maintenance using your own bonsai.
You’ll learn how to:
• Understand when and why to prune your bonsai.
• Master the basic techniques of pruning and shaping while preserving your tree’s natural character.
• Recognise different branch structures and improve the overall silhouette of your bonsai.
• Gain confidence in using bonsai tools safely and effectively.
• Learn proper watering, fertilising, sunlight requirements, and general aftercare.
• Receive personalised advice based on the current condition of your own bonsai.
This is an excellent opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot any issues, and continue developing your bonsai with professional guidance.

Participants are required to:

Bring their own Crafted Identity bonsai purchased from us. No additional bonsai will be provided during this workshop.
- Present proof of purchase upon registration or at the workshop (e.g. PayNow transaction screenshot, order slip, receipt, or invoice).
- Register online in advance, as seats are limited.

This complimentary session is available to customers who have purchased a bonsai from Crafted Identity within the past 3 months.
For customers whose purchases were made more than 3 months ago, the workshop remains open at our standard fee of $50 per participant, subject to availability.
