A delivery fee of $8 is applied to purchases below $40 & delivery fee will be $4.50 for purchases $40 to $79.99. Purchases of $80 and above will enjoy free delivery. You will receive your order within 3-4 working days. As our delivery is currently outsourced, we are unable to accommodate requests for delivery dates and time. If no one answers the doorbell at the time of delivery, your order will be left at the door/gate. Please do not order if you are uncomfortable with this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding. 

Please note that we do not deliver to addresses outside Singapore at the moment. If you made an error in making that order via paypal payment for overseas delivery. We are not able to refund for any transaction fee charged by paypal.

For address within CBD, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin,  Jurong Island or other islands of Singapore; we are not able to deliver as well. 

We are committed to sending you the healthiest plants we have. As no two plants are alike, yours will have its own unique shape, size and personality. Imperfections, such as tears or yellowing of the leaves, are normal and part of nature. We advocate good pest management practices. Should you find any pests on your plant, do not hesitate to contact us for guidance on how to manage them. 

If you are unsatisfied with any non-perishable purchase, please send clear photos of the item(s) to our company Whatsapp (+65 9652 0313) within 2 calendar days. 

As we have a physical store and online store, there will be lapses in inventory updates. Please understand that items are subject to availability and condition before we can fulfill an order. We will inform you as soon as we can should an item be unavailable and you will have the option of replacing it with another item. The difference will be refunded/ invoiced accordingly. We will promptly do a refund via PayNow.
