Tillandsia Caput Medusae is one of the more popular of the Tillandsia genus.

It is an unusual and bizzare looking specimen which resemble the head of Greek mythological character Medusa. It is easily to understand why and it is mainly due to it's snake like leaf tendrils. The leaf tendrils tends to straighten out with more frequent watering but becomes curlier in dryer condition with less watering. Keeping it somewhere in between will ensure the best aesthetics look of it.

Originated from Central America, Mexico it can grow up to approximately 15 cm.

A fairly easy to care for Tillandsia. Do ensure when watering; prevent getting the bulbous too wet and remain that way as this may cause the base to rot.
